Injectors are cleaned internally and externally.

3️⃣ Component Replacement
New micro screens and O-rings installed.

4️⃣ Final Flow Test & Matching
Injectors are retested as a matched set with data.

Each set includes a printed flow report. With options for video of spray pattern

We utilize a custom-engineered Autool CT200 platform, modified in-house to provide superior repeatability and precision. All testing is performed with our specialized ethanol-based calibration fluid, which provides the exact lubricity and density needed to simulate real-world fuel behavior without the fire hazard of gasoline.
