Return Policy

1. The “Standard” Return Policy

• Unopened/Uninstalled: 30-day return window. Must be in the original sealed bag with the InjectorLab™ Performance Report included. A 15% restocking fee applies (this covers your time to re-verify the set if the seal is broken).

• Installed Units: Once fuel has passed through the injectors, they cannot be returned for “change of mind.” We only offer exchanges or store credit if a unit is found to be defective based on our Lab-Validation standards.

2. The Core Return Program (Store Credit/Cash Back)

• The Offer: “Get a $20–$40 Credit (depending on the set) when you send us your old OEM cores.”

• Condition: Cores must be genuine OEM (no “Amazon/eBay knockoffs”), must not be physically cracked, and must have intact electrical connectors.

• Process: Use the box we sent you! Put your old injectors in the bag, include a copy of your order number, and ship them back to the Lab. Once they pass our initial inspection, we issue your credit.

3. The “Lab-Validated” Technical Guarantee

• The Promise: We guarantee our flow-match data. if your professional tuner provides a data log showing a specific injector deviation within 30 days, we will swap that unit out or re-test the entire set for free.

• The “No-Go” Zone: This guarantee does not cover damage caused by debris in your fuel rail, “dry-firing” the injectors, or using improper electrical adapters.
